These terms govern participation in the refutor Content Creator Partner Program, in addition to refutor's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Last updated · July 2026
The refutor Content Creator Partner Program (“the Program”) is a non-monetary recognition and access program for creators, coaches, mediators, and communicators who make content featuring refutor. These Partner Program Terms (“Program Terms”) apply in addition to refutor’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the general Terms of Service, these Program Terms control for matters specific to the Program.
Anyone may apply. Acceptance into the Program is entirely at refutor’s discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and refutor is not obligated to explain a decision not to approve an applicant.
You must be at least 16 years old to apply, consistent with the eligibility requirement in refutor’s general Terms of Service.
Approved partners may receive, at refutor’s discretion:
Free MAX account access is granted at refutor’s discretion, is tied to active participation in the Program, and may be revoked if participation requirements are not met or the partnership ends for any reason.
To remain an active partner in good standing, you agree to:
The Program does not pay cash commissions, referral fees, or any other monetary compensation. There is no discount or referral code tied to your partner link. Benefits are limited to product access and recognition as described in Section 3.
You retain full ownership of the content you create. By publishing content that identifies you as a refutor Partner or otherwise features refutor, you grant refutor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reshare, repost, quote, or feature that content (or clips of it) across refutor’s own marketing channels, with credit to you. This license does not transfer ownership and does not prevent you from using your own content however else you like.
Features shared with partners before public release are provided in confidence. Don’t publish, demo, or describe unreleased features until refutor has made them public. Early access can be limited or withdrawn at any time.
Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and refutor. You have no authority to bind refutor to any obligation, and the Program is non-exclusive — you’re free to work with other products and brands.
Either party may end participation in the Program at any time. Refutor may terminate your participation, and revoke associated benefits including MAX account access, at its sole discretion — including for failing to meet the participation expectations in Section 4, misrepresenting refutor, or any other reason. Sections 5, 6, 8, and 11 survive termination.
Refutor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program, its benefits, or these Program Terms at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Where practical, we’ll notify active partners of material changes by email.
The Program and any associated account access are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, refutor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, including lost revenue, lost content opportunities, or reliance on continued access to any feature or benefit.
These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Refutor’s choosing, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
