These terms govern refutor's Campus Club Education Program grant, in addition to refutor's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The refutor Campus Club Education Program (“the Program”) grants eligible campus clubs free, time-limited access to refutor Plus for their members. These Education Terms apply in addition to refutor’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the general Terms of Service, these Education Terms control for matters specific to the Program.
The Program is open to student-run campus clubs and societies: debate, public speaking, politics, leadership, entrepreneurship, communications, and similar. Applications are reviewed and approved manually; submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and refutor is not obligated to explain a decision not to approve an applicant.
There is no self-serve signup. Approved organizations are provisioned by refutor staff only.
Approved clubs receive up to 25 seats of Plus-level access for one semester (four months) from the provisioning date. The grant may be extended only with refutor’s written approval. The grant is non-transferable to another club, institution, or individual, and applies only to the organization as provisioned by refutor.
Near the end of the grant term, refutor will quote 50% off its then-current Education program price for continued access. refutor may, at its discretion, offer a larger discount depending on the organization and the number of seats. Renewal is invoiced and requires the club’s affirmative acceptance. It is never charged or renewed automatically. If a club declines or does not respond, seats and plan access are adjusted at the end of the grant term; personal accounts held by members are retained.
The applicant and every member using a granted seat must be at least 16 years old, consistent with refutor’s general Terms of Service.
refutor is a practice companion. Access granted under the Program must not be used, and may not be represented as suitable, for grading, course credit, formal assessment, admissions decisions, or ranking a person’s competence. It is intended for voluntary practice and skill-building only.
Organizations under the Program are created and administered by refutor staff. refutor may revoke or suspend a grant, in whole or in part, for suspected fraud, abuse, breach of these Education Terms, or breach of the general Terms of Service.

You may withdraw this authorization for future use at any time by contacting refutor. Withdrawal applies prospectively. refutor is under no obligation to remove materials already published before the withdrawal request.
Use of refutor under the Program is subject to refutor’s general Privacy Policy. refutor discloses AI involvement in its product experience consistent with applicable transparency requirements; the Program does not change how member data is processed beyond what the Privacy Policy describes.
Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the club, its institution, its members, and refutor. No party has authority to bind refutor to any obligation.
The grant term is one semester (four months) as described in Section 3, extendable only with refutor’s written approval, and subject to renewal under Section 4. refutor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, its benefits, or these Education Terms at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Where practical, refutor will notify active club owners of material changes by email.
The Program and any associated account access are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, refutor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including reliance on continued access to any feature, seat, or benefit.
These Education Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of refutor’s choosing, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
